HydraBrilliant: A New Way to Treat Texture, Tone, and Tired Skin

Updated: Jul 6, 2025

Woman with glowing skin after HydraBrilliant treatment
Introducing the new HydraBrilliant treatment at Oulmas Paris Aesthetics for radiant, smooth and hydrated skin.

There are treatments that leave your skin glowing for the evening—and then there are treatments that change the way your skin feels for weeks on end.

HydraBrilliant is one of those treatments.

Now offered exclusively at Oulmas Paris Aesthetics, this new treatment brings together two of our most trusted technologies—the Signature Hydrafacial and the Clear + Brilliant® laser—in one visit. The pairing was carefully considered, and the results are immediately noticeable: smoother texture, even tone, refined pores, and a glow that actually lasts.

It’s the kind of treatment that resets the skin in a way you didn’t realize it needed. And, it’s not just convenient. It’s more effective than doing either treatment alone.

How Hydrafacial and Clear + Brilliant work together

HydraBrilliant begins with a Signature Hydrafacial—a multi-step treatment that removes buildup, clears congestion, and exfoliates dull surface cells before infusing the skin with a concentrated blend of hydrating ingredients, peptides, and antioxidants. This creates a clean, balanced canvas—the ideal condition for what comes next.

Using the Clear + Brilliant Perméa handpiece, the fractional laser gently creates microchannels in the skin, increasing permeability and triggering collagen renewal below the surface. With the skin already saturated in active ingredients, those pathways allow for deeper absorption—enhancing the effects of the laser and extending the benefits of the facial.

The result is skin that looks polished, feels strengthened, and continues to respond in the days and weeks that follow.

What to expect during and after treatment

During the Hydrafacial portion of your treatment, you'll feel a cool, refreshing sensation as your skin is cleansed and exfoliated. The Clear + Brilliant laser that follows feels warm and slightly prickly, but not painful. The entire appointment experience takes about an hour.

Afterward, your skin may look a little pink, and feel slightly rough for a day or two—like a fine sandpaper texture. Most people return to normal routines the same day and can wear makeup and resume workout routines within 48 hours.

What happens next is gradual: smoother texture, more even tone, smaller-looking pores, and a soft glow that doesn’t wash off by morning. You’ll start to feel it before you fully see it.

Who benefits most from HydraBrilliant

HydraBrilliant is ideal for people who want more than hydration, but don’t want a harsh laser experience or extended downtime.

You may be a good fit if:

  • Your skin looks dull, dry, uneven, or congested

  • You’re dealing with mild pigmentation or acne scarring

  • You’ve noticed changes in texture or elasticity

  • You want to support long-term skin health and collagen production

  • You’re already doing Hydrafacial or Clear + Brilliant separately and want to maximize the impact

It’s safe for all skin tones and can be done year-round, with small adjustments based on your skin’s needs.

Pricing and treatment value

A standalone Clear + Brilliant treatment is $585 and a Signature Hydrafacial is $250. At Oulmas Paris Aesthetics, we offer our HydraBrilliant treatment for $685, a savings of $150 compared to when each treatment is booked separately.

Combining these two gold standard skin health treatments is a smart move as it allows you to benefit from both treatments in a single recovery cycle—with better outcomes from each, all while saving money.
